The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The check-in process was clear and easy, and the owner/host was accessible and friendly. We loved the little extras like chocolates and Tim Tams in the fridge. The shower in the bathroom was amazing, and the bed was very comfortable. Despite being on a main road, the atmosphere of the place was intimate and cosy. we highly recommend this accommodation.
One drawback of our stay was the noise from the traffic on the main road. However, this is something that the host cannot control.

The studio is conveniently located near the waterfront, making it easy to explore the area. The spacious and beautifully presented studio has a large bathroom/shower. The owner provided exceptional service and was accommodating with additional requests. The stay was cosy, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet despite being on a main street. Highly recommended for a visit to the area.

The nearest airport is conveniently far enough that I didn't have to hear any planes taking off all night long.
It's always such a joy to not have access to a toaster when I really fancy a nice, crispy slice of bread.

We had a fantastic stay at a quaint and cozy studio in a perfect location. the host, Jen, was lovely and provided excellent communication regarding access, parking, and studio facilities. We appreciated the updates and open communication, which added to our trip. the studio had everything we needed, including a beautiful bathroom with modern appliances and nice little extras. the whole apartment was beautifully furnished, with comfortable bedding and a coffee machine for that extra touch. the location was great, just a short stroll to the shops and waterfront.
A wonderful experience at Boutique Heritage Listed Studios. Cons: Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

The value for money was excellent and the room was beautifully styled, comfortable, and spacious. The location was great, with easy access to the beach, shops, and CBD. The staff, especially Jen, were friendly and provided excellent communication.
The breakfast offerings could be improved by providing a wider variety of local recommendations such as Uber Eats options and directions to nearby services and attractions.

I got excellent value for my money at this boutique hotel. The room was modern, clean, and well-laid out, with thoughtful extras like complimentary tea, coffee, and fresh milk. The location was convenient for my ferry trip to Sorrento, and the staff, especially Jen, went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable.
The morning meal could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

This hidden gem ticks all the boxes for a perfect getaway. Situated in a prime location, it's close to everything we needed and the city centre. the studio apartment itself was quaint, with electric blankets on the bed for those cold winter nights. the host was excellent in communication and even provided coffee and Tim Tams as an extra treat. the fresh rose added a personal touch.
While the atmosphere and location were great, the cleanliness could be improved. There were dirty marks on the toilet door and walls, as well as dust and hair on top of the kitchenette cabinetry.

As a satisfied guest at Boutique Heritage Listed Studios On Ryrie St, I couldn't be happier with my stay. The coffee machine was a delightful surprise, and the numerous accessible power points were a lifesaver for charging my devices. I was pleasantly surprised to find quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided in the bathroom, along with a towel warmer and refreshing water pressure in the rain shower. The crisp and clean towels, sheets, and throws added a touch of luxury to my stay. The parking permit was also greatly appreciated.

Beautifully historic hotel with spacious, well-furnished rooms. Convenient location within walking distance to the city center. Comfy bed, heated towel rack, and big bathroom add to the overall comfort. Noise from the road only noticeable in the lounge area, not in the bedrooms. Highly recommended for a pleasant stay.

The nearest airport is so far away, it felt like a luxury vacation just getting there. Agreeing to show proof prior to check-in was such a thrill, like a secret agent. Set in a city, it was so convenient for walking, like my own personal fitness challenge.
Oh, how I loved my time there - I wish I had something negative to say, but alas, perfection is hard to come by.
